Studying RAG without building something concrete only gets you so far. It's only when you get your hands dirty that you can see the real challenges of a production-ready RAG system.

That's why, while writing this series, I built Biblios in parallel — a RAG system for bookstores where admins upload books as PDFs and users can chat with the content.

Every concept discussed here was put to the test in a real implementation.
